Mike's Published Again!

http://www.ldschurchtemples.com/stgeorge/gallery/?page=2

Mike has another one of his amazing temple pictures on this church website. This time it's one of the St. George Temple pictures. Follow the link and scroll down. His is the bottom right picture. He also has a picture on this same site of the Bern, Switzerland Temple that we took on our vacation over there a couple of years ago. (And even walking in his footsteps Mike's little brother Andrew has a picture of the Salt Lake City Temple on this site too.)

Kaylin's B-Day Party

Eryn was invited to her first friend birthday party this weekend. While we were there Mike and I were taking pictures with their camera when it died. I felt really bad so, I ran out to the car and grabbed my camera and took a few pictures! Eryn had fun eating cup cakes and giving herself a lemonade shower.

The vultures were just waiting for their shares!

Eryn loved the cupcake and even wore the little hat!
When Kaylin was done she decided to push the cake away. Luckily there was always someone to catch it!

St. George Temple

We went down south go to a wedding reception and decided to go to In-N-Out Burger in St. George. While we were down there Mike took some great pictures of the St. George Temple. Here are just a few of my favorites!

Nice picture, but someone's kid is in it! Oh wait... She's ours!

BYU vs UNLV and CUTE PICTURES!

We went to another BYU home basketball game with hopes that it would be better than the last game we attended. With a 13 point lead at half time and seats on the 11th row we were feeling pretty good about the game. Then... the second half started, Eryn got cranky, and BYU forgot how to defend and shoot all at the same time. It was rough! But, yet again... I have some good pictures from the game and a distractingly cute picture of Eryn!

They won the tip and the game.

Can you tell the difference between the BYU players and the UNLV players?

Look! A little marshmallow toothed bunny! Soooooo CUTE!

I Might as well TELL You

Since we are going to find out what gender our new baby is in about 2 weeks... I might as well tell you that I'M PREGNANT! Yes, about 18 weeks today. So, in honor of that I will be adding a poll to take a vote on if our baby is a boy or a girl.

Not to sway the votes one way or the other I'll leave out special details of the pregnancy so far until we know for sure. I have biased some of you all ready though! Happy voting.

The Summary

I've been busy taking Christmas down for far too long and there was still one thing that we just couldn't seem to get rid of... The Christmas Tree! I have good news though. It finally came down on Sunday and has now been hidden away in it's box in the basement until Thanksgiving when it is allowed to return.

Our busy weekend went well. Mike had to work so our Saturday plans were thrown off a little and everyone (mostly me) got stressed out. Then, it all worked out. Pooh Bear went to hang out with her friend Kaylin, Mike played basketball, and I was able to relax and breathe. Sunday went by pretty fast. We had the Murphys over to play games and they brought... Reese's Pieces! They were so good. I went to bed with a belly full of a wad of peanut butter and I loved it.

Here are some of the pictures that Bobbie took of the girls playing together!

Boo Boo Butt

For dinner tonight I tried a burger recipe from one of my new Rachel Ray cook books that I got for Christmas. SUCCESS! (Thanks again to my awesome Brother-In-Law for getting those for me!) The chili bacon burger with a slight modification turned out to be a hit (even though they were cooked indoors). Not only was our dinner good, but we made a huge discovery!

After dinner while we were cleaning up Eryn started singing "The Wheels on the Bus." For the longest time she's been chanting, "Boo boo butt," and we had no idea what she really was trying to say. That was until tonight! "The driver on the bus says..." "Boo boo butt!" This whole time she was trying to say, "move on back!"

In the Wake of it all...

We went to the BYU vs Wake (up and smell the roses refs) Forest game. Yes, I tried to hide my opinion as long as I could. The refs were inconsistent and there were a million fouls called. BYU lost (we are all in mourning now) and thus ended their 53 game home winning streak. The up side to it all was that BYU dealt with bad refs and still kept it close the whole game. They were the best competition that Wake has seen yet this year. My prediction is that they're going to go far in the NCAA Tourney this year. I'm not saying that Wake Forest will take it all, but they were good and handled a hearty crowd, thinner air, and a very well put together BYU team. I didn't take many pictures at the game since I was just too into it to worry about it and I was in the hall way with a sweaty screaming child for about 10 min of playing time.

We won the opening tip off, but not the game... Before the game JT was showing off his soccer skills. I think that this is a great picture!

Jimmer Fredette came and said Hello to my Brother-In-Law James.

Now... Some distractingly cute pictures of Eryn!

This was her trying on Daddy's hat before we left to to go the game.
Playing with her new blocks.

Even smiling for the camera!

I couldn't leave this post on such a bitter that BYU lost note, so I had to throw in a little of my cute kid to make me feel better!

"Yummmm!"

While sitting at my computer frantically trying to get some things done with photo shop today I suddenly hear, "Yummmmm!" Yes, I look down only to find that the blocks are no longer what Eryn is playing with. She was EATING Mike's Lip Medex right out of the jar! Apparently it tastes good and will not cause any permanent damage. Oh, the joys of being a parent!
