Since I wasn't sure where to begin blogging our road trip across the country, I figured I'd start at the beginning and the posts will be out of order when scrolling down through them.
The journey began a little after dinner and right before bedtime. We waited to tell the kids until right before we left. They were surprised and super excited all at the same time! This was what a lot of our trip looked like for the children.
Eating chips.
Sleeping.
Making faces and laughing.
Drinking juice pouches.
After driving ALL night we made it to South Dakota and the Black Hills which are home to Mount Rushmore. Those pictures will be posted tomorrow! This stream of posts about our vacation has to be spread out to keep Grandma's who read this everyday in suspense (and busy).
